If you decided to cancel a paying plan within 30 days of registering you will only be charged for the leads that have been sent to you. Refunds can not be offered after the initial 30 day trial.
If you upgrade from the PrePay plan to a paying plan you are not eligible for the 30 day free trial. The free trial only applies if you are registering a new account.
Changing your plan takes only a moment, simply go to the "Package Selection" tab on your property dashboard and it will show you the options that are available to you.
There are no per user fees, or commissions involved, but there are per lead charges. Leads are priced according to region, and subscribtion packages entitle to you certain volumes of leads free, and discounts.
We accept Visa and Mastercard as well as bank transfers and cheques. We would also be happy to provide you an invoice if required.
